Orders containing:

  • Personalized products (e.g., name-engraved puja items),
  • Festival combos (e.g., Rakhi, Diwali hampers), or
  • Made-to-order kits
    cannot be cancelled once they enter processing, due to their time-sensitive and customized nature.

2. Refund Policy
