1. Order Cancellation Policy

- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, only if the order has not been processed or shipped.
- Cancellations must be requested via email or phone with your Order ID.

- Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Refusing delivery after dispatch will not be treated as a valid cancellation and may result in deduction of return shipping charges.
π― Custom or Festival-Specific Products
Orders containing:
- Personalized products (e.g., name-engraved puja items),
- Festival combos (e.g., Rakhi, Diwali hampers), or
- Made-to-order kits
cannot be cancelled once they enter processing, due to their time-sensitive and customized nature.
2. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- Order is cancelled before dispatch.

- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

- The item is out of stock or undeliverable from our end.

To initiate a refund request for damaged/defective items:

3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Used products
- Opened incense or samagri packs
- Custom or festival kits once processed
- Products returned without original packaging
Items damaged due to customer misuse
4. Return Process (If Applicable)
If a return is authorized by our team, you will be guided through the following steps:
- Securely pack the item with its original packaging and invoice.
- Ship it to the return address provided by our support team.
- Upon receipt and quality check, a refund or replacement will be processed.
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product was defective or wrong.
